Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and track all job request.
• Monitor and track all project works and their progress status
• Monitoring of KPIs to ensure compliance with performance framework
• Assign vendors / sub-con / technicians to carry out project works
• Monitor Non-compliance letters and liaise with Contracts Dept for response
• Prepare,Plan and compile Monthly various schedules and reports related to the assigned facility
• Liaise with stakeholders of the assigned facility as the Main POC
• Track and monitor all clearance of Vendors / Sub-cons and technicians

Job requirements
• Degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management or relevant disciplines
• Min 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role/industry
• Experience in handling Government properties preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong in written and spoken English
• Team driven, multitask, project management

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support of maintenance and project works function
• Prepare cost estimate for monthly breakdown call claim, cost estimate for ad-hoc works by user FSOR
• Evaluate and carry out joint measurement with Operation/Client (e-PO, Final BQ, etc.)
• Review and prepare specifications, evaluate and recommend tender submissions and contract documentation (maintenance contract)
• Prepare tender document, tender calling, tender evaluation, market survey report, contract documents, including bills of quantities with clients/ architects, and preparing and analysing costing in detailed reports
• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation report, variation agreements and render professional advice on any penalties, liquidated damages when deem necessary.
• Prepare recommendation report (exercise option / CVR etc.) Carry out random audits of not less than two (2) projects on maintenance replacement per month
• Administer term contractors A&A works
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Survey, Building, Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant qualifications from a recognized tertiary establishment.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience (FM industry preferred) is required for this position.

Job Description

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Performing routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects

Requirements
• N or O Level/ Nitec Cert
• 1-2 years of experienced preferable
• Can work with minimum supervision and at times independently, as well as under pressure
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Able to perform overtime when necessary
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
