PNH has the expertise, knowledge and experience to design and build, provide upgrading works, implement energy saving solutions and space planning. With these capabilities, PNH has taken on multiple IDIQ/ construction projects with the US government for projects in Singapore including design & renovate 45 numbers of Duplex Housing, design & build one 4000 sq ft Tension Fabric, design & renovate and replace centralized A/C system in the main office building. PNH works closely with the Military Public Work Department in Singapore on recycling & energy saving program to save the earth.

Services ranges from Horticulture, Pest Control, Waste Management, Cleaning, M&E maintenance, Builder Work, Shore Power, and design & build project work. Over the years, PNH expanded the footprints into other facilities such as Airport, Hospitals, Universities, Commercial, Ministries and Embassies. Through the recognition from clients and end users in these sector that PNH has grown over the years. With all these track records, PNH Resources has been accorded the FM01 M1 Status in 2022 .

As part of PNH Group’s effort to contribute to sustainability initiatives in Singapore, PNH Recycling is set up to focus the recycling of the lamps. The process involves the breakdown of the used lamps and the segregation of the waste into glass, plastics, aluminium and mercury. This is the platform for the Group to roll out environmental initiatives related to waste generated from facility or facility related business in the future

Goodman was incorporated in 1997 to provide environmental services such as cleaning, pest control and waste management. Over the years, Goodman has integrated with PNH Resources to deliver the IFM model. With the excellent track records, Goodman has been awarded the highest level of BCA workhead for cleaning as a L6 cleaning service provider.

Highman is set up to provide high-rise and remote location cleaning and maintenance using rope access techniques. As part of the IFM model, Highman works with the other entities to provide such high access services as part of the one stop solution to our clients.

J&P is the centralised procurement arm of PNH Group. Utilising the best source strategy, J&P has the economy of scale to offer the best value proposition to PNH Group’s clients and business partners. Besides catering to internal requirement, J&P also supplies to other FM partners and foreign military base in Singapore.
